Software that runs the work your team does by hand

We build intelligent business automation systems and enterprise SaaS solutions. We start by understanding how your operation actually works, then build the software that carries it.

  • Process Automation
Workflows that move on their own
  • CRM
    Built to your sales process
  • Enterprise SaaS
    Products taken to production
  • AI Integration
    Applied where it holds up
Our Services

Four areas of work, delivered as one engagement.

Most projects begin in one of these and touch two or three by the time they reach production.

Process Automation

We document the workflow as your team performs it today, then replace the manual handovers, spreadsheets and re-entry with software that carries the work from one step to the next.

  • Custom workflow design
  • Task scheduling
  • Process monitoring
  • Tool integration

CRM

Pipelines, enquiry capture and follow up configured to the way your team sells and services, whether that means extending a platform you already run on or building what it cannot do.

  • Sales pipeline
  • Automated follow-ups
  • Customer view
  • Reporting

Enterprise SaaS Solutions

Web applications, portals and internal consoles designed for daily operational use, built to handle real volumes and handed over with documentation your team can work from.

  • Cloud scalability
  • Security
  • Custom modules
  • Support & maintenance

AI Integration

Classification, extraction, search and drafting added to systems you already use, applied where the accuracy is good enough to rely on and reviewed by a person where it is not.

  • Intelligent automation
  • Language processing
  • Predictive analytics
  • Data insights
Solutions we have delivered for clients

Real Estate

Listings, enquiries and agent follow up brought onto one system

A brokerage ran listings on one platform, enquiries in a shared inbox and follow up in personal spreadsheets. No one could say which enquiry belonged to which agent, or how many were still waiting on a reply.

  • A listings site where one property record feeds the public pages, brochures and portal listings
  • Enquiry capture tied to the listing, assigned automatically to the agent covering that area
  • A CRM pipeline with follow up reminders and a manager view of every open enquiry
  • Weekly reporting on enquiry sources and response times, produced without anyone compiling it

Booking, intake and queue flow for a children's clinic

Reception booked every appointment by phone, re-typed patient details at each visit and called families the evening before to confirm. The waiting room filled unevenly through the day.

  • A review of the clinic day from first call to consultation, with the delays measured
  • Online booking with slot rules per doctor, running alongside the phone line
  • Digital intake completed before arrival and attached to the patient record
  • Automated reminders and a live queue display for the waiting area

  • A content layer serving pricing, currency and contact details by visitor location
  • Enquiries routed to the office that owns the market at the moment they are submitted
  • An acknowledgement sent in the right locale with the office copied in

Scheduling and job tracking for crews in the field

Jobs were handed out over calls and messages. The back office only learned a job had finished when paperwork arrived at the end of the week, and customers called in to ask where the crew was.

  • A scheduling board showing crew availability, job location and status in one place
  • A mobile job view for technicians with checklists, photos and sign off on site
  • Status updates sent to the office and the customer as the job progresses
  • Job history and asset records kept per site for future visits

A storefront connected to stock and fulfilment

Orders arrived through the website and social channels and were typed again into stock and delivery records. Counts ran a day behind, so items kept selling after they were gone.

  • A storefront with catalogue and pricing managed from one place
  • Orders from every channel consolidated into a single queue for the operations team
  • Stock levels updated as orders are confirmed, with low stock alerts
  • Delivery partner updates passed to the customer without manual follow up

  4. 04

FAQs

What teams usually ask before starting.

Do we have to replace the systems we already use?

Usually not. Most of our work sits on top of the tools a business already runs on and connects them. We recommend replacing a system only when it is the thing holding the process back, and we will say so plainly.

Where does AI actually help, and where do you avoid it?

It works well for sorting enquiries, reading unstructured documents, search and first drafts. We do not use it for calculations, rules or anything that needs the same answer every time. Those are built as ordinary logic.

How do you handle our data?

We keep access limited to what the work requires and document how data moves between systems, so your team knows what is stored and where.

What happens after the project ends?

We run a handover with documentation and training for your team, and offer ongoing support and maintenance if you want it.

Start with the process that costs you the most time.
